If you would like to apply as a speaker or presenter for the congress, we kindly ask you to send an abstract of your proposed presentation. The abstract serves as a brief summary of your talk and allows participants to assess the content and relevance of your work.

Please note that the abstract should not exceed one A4 page to ensure it is concise and easily readable. The deadline for submission is December 31, 2024.

Please adhere to the following guidelines for the structure of the abstract:

YOUR NAME

Give us your full name and Mail address.

Title

Give your abstract a descriptive title that accurately reflects the content of your presentation.

Introduction

Begin with a brief introduction, where you explain the purpose and objective of your work. State the problem you are investigating or the research question you aim to answer.

Methodology / Approach

Provide a concise description of the methodology or approach used in your study. Explain how you conducted your research or the approach you took in addressing your topic.

Results / Findings

Summarize the key results and findings of your work. Present specific data or observations to support your conclusions. Focus on the most significant outcomes and avoid vague statements.

Conclusion / Perspective

Provide a concise summary of your conclusions. Discuss the significance of your findings for the field and explore potential future developments or research directions.
