General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all ticket sales for events organized by the World Congress for Psychotherapy (WCP).

Conclusion of Contract and Payment

By purchasing a ticket, you enter into a binding registration. Ticket reservations without payment are not possible. All prices are gross prices including statutory VAT. The full ticket price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

Tickets & Admission

For tickets purchased online, print@home and mobile ticket options are available. Only the first printout or the first presentation of a mobile ticket entitles the holder to admission. Multiple entries per congress day are permitted; however, valid identification may be requested to verify ticket ownership.

Admission to the Event

Admission is granted only after full payment of the ticket price. If a payment is reversed or not completed, admission may be denied.

Right of Withdrawal

According to § 18 para 1 subpara 10 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Business Act (FAGG), there is no right of withdrawal for tickets, subscriptions, or packages for events with a fixed date or time frame.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the organizing team. Refunds are issued according to the following scale:

Up to 3 months before the event: 75% refund
Up to 1 month before the event: 50% refund
Up to 14 days before the event: 25 %
Weniger als 14 Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn: no refund

A processing fee of EUR 25 will be withheld in all cases. Ticket transfers to replacement participants are possible upon prior written request.

Program Changes

Changes to the program (e.g., due to speaker cancellations or scheduling adjustments) do not entitle participants to ticket returns or exchanges.

Photo and Video Recordings

Photos, film, or TV recordings may be made during the event. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the public dissemination of recordings in which you may be visible. Personal visual and audio recordings by participants are not permitted.
